you are at the heart of this effort.

Why Become A Vendor With Us

Once your business is registered with the State of Florida, you'll have access to a multitude of procurement opportunities at the Lottery and across all State agencies.

Reason
01

Procurement opportunities are available to all vendors that meet the Lottery's required qualifications and criteria. Our mission includes giving local business the tools and exposure necessary to thrive.

The Lottery shares the enthusiasm and spirit of Governor DeSantis and his commitment to woman-, minority-, and veteran-owned businesses in the State of Florida.

Whether you're a new business entity or an established enterprise,
follow these easy steps to get started doing business with the Lottery.

  1. Register with the Florida Department of State, Division of Corporations.

  2. Register your business with the MyFloridaMarketPlace Vendor Information Portal (VIP). Once registered, select the commodity codes that best fit your business. Next, opt in to receive free email notifications of business opportunities based on your selected commodity codes.

Vendor Information Portal (VIP) is used for formal procurements of $65,000 or greater. Vendors receive notice on their selected commodity codes.

MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) is used for informal eQuotes less than $65,000 or utilizing a state term contract. Vendors receive notice when selected by an agency to supply quotes.

  3. When you see a business opportunity you're interested in, review the bid specifications, prepare a bid response, and submit the response based on the required format and timeline.

  4. Check the VIP to see all solicitation posting and contract awards.

  • Consulting frequently with the OSD to develop and implement strategies to increase the participation of minority businesses within the Lottery's procurement system.

  • Participating in matchmaking conferences and other events where woman-, minority-, and veteran-owned businesses showcase their offered commodities and/or services.
