CAPE CORAL WOMAN TURNS $5 INTO $500,000 PLAYING THE
NEW $500,000 JACKPOT MULTIPLIER SCRATCH-OFF GAME

TALLAHASSEE - The Florida Lottery announces that Patricia Brown, 58, of Cape Coral, claimed a $500,000 top prize from the new $500,000 JACKPOT MULTIPLIER Scratch-Off game at Florida Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee. She purchased her winning ticket from 7-Eleven, located at 15999 North Cleveland Avenue in North Fort Myers.

The $5 game, $500,000 JACKPOT MULTIPLIER, features 12 top prizes of $500,000 and over $49 million in total cash prizes. The game's overall odds of winning are one-in-4.01.

Scratch-Offs are an important part of the Lottery's portfolio of games, generating more than $871 million for the Educational Enhancement Trust Fund (EETF) in FY 2017-18, and comprising approximately 69 percent of ticket sales.
