How to Play
a step-by-step guide to your game
Play Cash4Life from the Florida Lottery, and every day could be the best day ever! That’s because with CASH4LIFE, you could win $1,000 every day for the rest of your life. And there’s a second prize of $1,000 a week for life.
All you have to do is play. Here’s how!
Just go to your favorite Lottery retailer, ask for a CASH4LIFE Quick Pick, and you’re good to go.
Or, if you have favorite numbers that you like to play, you can fill out a playslip. If using a playslip, choose five numbers from 1 to 60, and one Cash Ball number from 1 to 4.
If the numbers on your ticket match all five winning numbers drawn plus the Cash Ball number drawn, you’ll win $1,000 a day for life. If you match all five numbers but not the Cash Ball, you’ll win $1,000 a week for life.
All told, there are nine ways to be a winner!
CASH4LIFE drawings are held seven days a week at 9:00pm Eastern Time, and can be seen at floridalottery.com. Each play costs $2, and you must be at least 18 to play.

Playing Cash4Life
Get your playslip
Visit any Florida Lottery retail location for a paper playslip to choose your numbers. Every Cash4Life playslip allows you to play up to five panels, with each panel equaling one ticket. Tickets may be purchased until 8:30 p.m., Eastern Time, each night. Tickets purchased after that time will be for the next night's drawing.
Mark your panels
Choose a panel and select five numbers from 1 through 60 in the upper play area. Then, select your Cash Ball number from 1 through 4 in the lower play area. You can also mark the QP box (Quick Pick) in either panel and let the terminal pick some or all of your numbers at random.
Save time with Advanced Play
To play the same numbers for more than one draw, select the number of advance draws you wish to play in the Advance Play section at the top of your playslip. If you claim a prize on a winning Advance Play ticket before all of the draws on the ticket have occurred, you will be issued a continuation ticket for the remaining draws with the same play numbers as the original ticket.
Submit your playslip
Submit your playslip to your Florida Lottery retailer and receive your official printed Cash4Life ticket with your numbers and draw date(s). You’ll need this ticket to claim any prizes, so keep it safe!

How to Win
Find your winning combination
Cash4Life
Each night Cash4Life® drawings are conducted, in which five out of 60 numbers (white balls) and a Cash Ball number between 1 and 4 (green ball) will be drawn at random. There are nine ways to win Cash4Life prizes by matching the winning numbers drawn in the official drawing for the date played. Match all five numbers plus the Cash Ball to win the top prize or match any of the non-top prize-winning combinations to win other great cash prizes!
All Cash4Life prizes must be claimed in the state where the ticket was purchased. Cash4Life prizes must be claimed within 180 days after the winning drawing date. Federal income taxes will be withheld from Cash4Life prizes as required by the Internal Revenue Code at the time payments are made. Any additional federal, state and/or local taxes shall be the responsibility of the winner. Prizes less than $600 can be redeemed at any Florida Lottery retailer. Prizes, other than top prizes and second prizes, can be claimed at any Florida Lottery office. Top prizes and second prizes must be claimed at Lottery Headquarters in Tallahassee.
