	The Florida Lottery is a unique state agency in that it functions as an entrepreneurial business enterprise to generate funds to enhance public education. Given its unique activity for state government, the Florida Lottery implements procurement practices which facilitate effective and efficient acquisition of commodities and services necessary to fulfill strategic objectives and achieve its mission.

The business section provides information on how to become a registered vendor, current bid/proposal solicitations, purchase order activity of all state agencies, general purchasing information and email notifications regarding solicitations and related actions.

	A Vendor shall not use its relationship with the Lottery as a part of any commercial advertising without prior written consent of the Lottery.
