Starting Wednesday, December 31, 2008, Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE™ prizes of $500 may be redeemed at any authorized Florida Lottery retailer or at a Florida Lottery district office.

Prizes of $50,000 and $5,000 may be claimed at any Florida Lottery district office. The $1 million prizes MUST be claimed at Florida Lottery headquarters in Tallahassee. All prizes must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date. You must have a winning Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket to claim a prize.

Each Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE winner must present his or her official Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket, a completed Winner Claim Form * and an acceptable form of identification to a Lottery office for payment. Federal income tax withholding will be deducted from the $1 million and $50,000 prizes.

Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets must be claimed within 180 days of the draw date, and may be validated at any Florida Lottery retailer. Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets may be mailed for redemption to: Florida Lottery, Claims Processing, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, FL 32399-9939. The risk of mailing tickets remains with the player.
