Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets will go on sale on Monday, November 19, 2007. Sales of Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets will cease immediately after the 1,500,000th ticket is sold or at midnight on Friday, December 28, 2007, whichever occurs first.
Each Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket costs $20. Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets cannot be cancelled.
Players who purchase a Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket early will instantly win prizes of $50 cash. Beginning November 19, 2007, every 50th Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket sold statewide will be an instant $50 cash winner until a total of 20,000 instant prizes have been awarded. If a Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket is an instant cash winner, the terminal will play a holiday tune and a Cash Prize Coupon for $50 will automatically print after issuance of the Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket. Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets winning a Cash Prize Coupon will contain a Lottery Prize Alert symbol and a message that the ticket holder is an instant winner. Should any issues arise concerning the transaction and/or prize, it is the player’s responsibility to seek resolution of these issues with the retailer and the Lottery prior to leaving the retail location.
Winners may redeem $50 Cash Prize Coupons instantly at a Florida Lottery retailer. Cash Prize Coupons must be claimed by February 27, 2008.
Each Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket will contain a unique ticket number that will be automatically entered into the Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE drawing on Saturday, December 29, 2007. The overall odds of winning a prize in the Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE drawing are 1 in 6,329 if all 1.5 million tickets are sold.
Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets will automatically print from the terminal with ticket numbers issued in sequential order from 0000001 to 1500000 as they are sold around the state. Each Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket will contain only one ticket number. Players cannot select their own ticket numbers.

The Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE drawing will be held on December 29, 2007, and shall be public and witnessed by an accountant employed by an independent certified public accounting firm. Winning numbers will be available after the drawing on the Florida Lottery’s Web site at flalottery.com, by phone at (850)-487-7777 (TDD (850)-487-7784, or at any Lottery retailer.
Winning Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets must be presented to a Florida Lottery office for payment. Tickets winning $1 million must be claimed at Lottery Headquarters. Information about procedures for filing a claim may be obtained at flalottery.com or by calling 1-850-487-7777 (TDD 1-850-487-7784). Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE tickets are the only valid receipts to redeem a prize.
Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE prizes must be claimed within 180 days from the date of the drawing (June 26, 2008).
If a winning Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE ticket bearing any of the first twelve winning numbers is not presented to a Florida Lottery office for payment within 180 days from the date of the drawing, the 13th through 37th prizewinners who have claimed their prize within the 180-day claim period will be used in the order in which they were drawn to select alternate winners for the $1 million top prize. The alternate winner will be awarded the difference between the $100,000 prize and the $1 million prize.
If applicable, the Florida Lottery will attempt to notify, for a period of two weeks, the first alternate drawn in the $100,000 prize category, who will be awarded the higher prize. If the Florida Lottery is unable to contact the first alternate, the Florida Lottery will attempt to notify, for a period of two weeks, the second alternate drawn. This process will continue until an alternate is contacted or the Florida Lottery has exhausted the list of available alternates, in which case the $1 million prize will not be awarded.
Players must be at least 18 years of age. Persons prohibited by Section 24.116, Florida Statutes, from purchasing a Florida Lottery ticket are not eligible to play.
All Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE prizes are subject to the provisions of Chapter 24, Florida Statutes, and rules promulgated thereunder, including the official Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE rule. Prizes will be paid in accordance with the rules of the Florida Lottery governing payment of prizes. Copies of the current prize payment rule and the Holiday MILLIONAIRE RAFFLE rule may be obtained from the Florida Lottery, Office of the General Counsel, 250 Marriott Drive, Tallahassee, Florida 32399-4011.
Federal withholding taxes will be deducted from the cash payment. Any additional federal, state and/or local taxes or other fees are the responsibility of the winner.
