Whether you are a new business entity or an established business seeking to participate in the state of Florida's procurement opportunities, business information is available on the state of Florida's Web portal at www.myflorida.com by clicking on the business link on the homepage. The business section provides information on how to become a registered vendor, current bid/proposal solicitations, purchase order activity of all state agencies, general purchasing information and email notifications regarding solicitations and related actions.
NOTE: The Florida Lottery is participating with the Florida Department of Management Services in a statewide initiative to transform the state purchasing process by taking advantage of available technology. This initiative will streamline the purchasing process by providing increased transparency and producing administrative efficiencies. As part of this initiative, the Florida Lottery will be transitioning its quoting process from the electronic mail with attachments to the eQuote functionality within the MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP) Sourcing application. Vendors should ensure their MFMP registration profiles include receiving solicitation notifications from MFMP Sourcing, which includes eQuotes, to ensure they have access to Florida Lottery quoting opportunities. Should you have questions concerning your registration profile or need assistance updating your profile, please contact BuyerHelp@MyFloridaMarketPlace.com.
A Vendor shall not use its relationship with the Lottery as a part of any commercial advertising without prior written consent of the Lottery.
